Step 1

Complimentary 30-Minute Discovery Call 

Upon receipt of your enquiry, we'll be in touch to arrange a no-pressure introductory call to understand your goals, budget, experience level, ideal timelines and the type of investment journey you're aiming to create. We'll walk you through both of our packages so you can choose what feels right for you. 

If we are the perfect fit to work together, this is where you'll secure your place in our client pipeline by completing your onboarding deposit, signing our contractual agreement and we'll conduct our AML checks before planning our next meeting.
 

Step 2

Personalised Property Investor Strategy Session 

Our next meeting will be a deeper dive into you; your vision, financial milestones, and risk appetite. This is where we build the foundations of your long-term investment plan. Together, we explore:
• Your wealth goals
• The strategy that suits you best (BTL, SA, flips, BRRR)
• Budget and funding considerations
• Your preferred level of involvement (minimal, partial, or none)
• Scaling opportunities for future acquisitions

You’ll leave with complete clarity and a roadmap tailored to your vision.

Step 3

Your Bespoke Criteria Blueprint + Customised Insights 

Upon completion of your Personalised Property Investment Plan, we'll curate a Bespoke Criteria Blueprint which details your preferred locations, ideal property type, investment models, financial requirements and returns as well as deal-breakers and must-haves. This Blueprint serves as the compass for our search and ensures we only present opportunities that align with your objectives. 

We will equip you with localised data-driven market insights, yield predictions, funding guidance as well as deal comparison frameworks. The aim is for you to feel informed and empowered to make confident decisions. 

Step 4

Presenting the Deals and Working to Completion 

Using your blueprint, our data-led tools and our team's expertise, we source high-quality opportunities tailored to your goals. This
 we take full control of the search.
Using your Blueprint and our market systems, we source high-quality opportunities that meet your exact criteria and present to you completely packaged deals.

You’ll receive:
• Curated deal options
• Full due diligence packs
• Viewing reports (including videos/photos)
• Transparent financial breakdowns
• Renovation potential (where relevant)
• Suggested negotiation strategy

You simply review, choose, and we take care of the rest

Step 5

Negotiation and Offer Management

Once you select a deal, we step in to secure the best possible outcome.
This includes:
• Negotiating directly with agents/sellers
• Placing offers on your behalf
• Managing counteroffers
• Communicating updates clearly and promptly
• Ensuring the deal progresses smoothly
You remain in control of decisions — but not the admin

Step 6

Conveyancing, Valuations & Progression Support

Throughout conveyancing, surveys, and lender requirements, we remain by your side.
We:
• liaise with solicitors
• coordinate surveys and valuations
• flag any issues early
• help you respond quickly to requests
• troubleshoot challenges
• keep the process moving
You get regular, clear updates while we handle the coordination.

Step 7

Refurbishment Oversight 
 
If your chosen property requires work, we can oversee the full process.
This may include:
• Gathering and comparing trade quotes
• Liaising with contractors
• Ensuring timelines and budgets are followed
• Value-add recommendations
• Photo/video updates
• Staging input where appropriate

Step 8

Set-Up & Management Support
